Yesterday I was all set to post a recipe but, instead of typing it out first and then pasting it into my post, I typed it right into the post. Wouldn’t you know it, I lost my connection and everything I typed. After that I was having so much trouble staying online, that I just gave up.
I’m thinking it may have been due to the weather since my internet connection is via antenna. But, who knows?
We had a little rain yesterday, but nothing like what has been going on up in Northern Italy. Now I understand it has moved down to the South. It looks like the bad stuff has mostly bypassed us.
So, due to my connection problems yesterday, I’ll repost that recipe next week. In the meantime, come back tomorrow for a “Made in America” recipe.
