I’ve been meaning to comment on how I can’t wait to try this recipe but I’ve been so busy the last few days. I’ll let you know what happens as soon as I try it, but I can tell you now that I am sure Kathy is going to love them. She’s a big cheese and pizza eater too.

By the way, I used your whitefish recipe to cook some cod last week and my husband said it was “ottimo.”
